Review: Mama (2013) *** (4) couple (Jessica Chastain, Nicholas Coaster-Valdano) take their two young grandchildren, five years after the abduction of his father and spent most of his time alone in the wilderness. Two girls start slowly coming out of their state, but it did not take long for the couple to understand that Theres something with them. MAMA feature film version of the short film directed by and for the most part is a successful horror film. There are some questions that you can, but for the most part, I thought the director Andres Muschietti did a great job on their own, creating a gloomy atmosphere lingers throughout the film. It is also able to use the atmosphere and make it very effective in many scenes that were pretty scary at times. I thought I made a film stand out in comparison with many other stories was the character played by Chastain. In most movies, as you have a good man who does good deeds in order to protect those he loves. This is not the case, because his character does not want these girls do not like how they changed their lives and Teresa really any cute scene. Character development is something very rare in horror films, but I think it works very well. As for Chastain, it is good that some of his caliber is here because a lot of work really helps to bring credit to the events of the film.
