Review: We know that Jim Jarmusch film about vampires will not be like any other vampire movie. In fact, it would be cruel to class as a vampire movie. Only lovers left alive is very stylish and atmospheric lament the death of the great Rock N Roll and the hippie era film. Here we have few vampire (Swinton and Hiddleston - and great and perfect casting) isolated living in an abandoned Detroit home U.S. life. Hiddleston was famous Rock N Roll artist who became a recluse collecting old guitars and records. They survive by buying blood samples from a corrupt doctor. We also have one of their old friends vampire (John Hurt) who live in Tangier where blood is very clean. Things take an unexpected turn when a Swintons? Ur playful (MIA Wasikowska) visited. Only Lovers nobody alive has cult written all over it. Music is too great and fits perfectly with the atmosphere. Essential Jarmusch fans and recommended to others as well!
